Cary’s 25 years of insurance experience, both as a broker and as a carrier representative, gives him a unique perspective in designing employee benefit packages. Cary is responsible for all the financial and budgetary requirements of an employee benefits program. This includes evaluation of current market trends and development of future strategies for controlling costs while maintaining quality benefits packages that attract and retain quality employees. Cary graduated from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He is an active volunteer and supporter of Dublin Scioto High School Marching Band and Girls Lacrosse and Dublin Davis Middle School in Dublin, Ohio.

Principal, Strategic Payroll Services

With 30 years of human resource and payroll experience as an HR director, payroll administrator, and business consultant, Brad brings a host of talent and understanding of the human resources and payroll process. In addition, he has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Columbus State Community College in the Human Resource Technology Program. Brad manages Payroll and HR Administration Services for Strategic Payroll Services. He volunteers a board member for Life Skills Centers of Central Ohio.

Principal, Strategic Payroll Services, Signature Insurance Services, Hoffmann and Associates

Alan Hoffmann is a principal in Strategic Payroll Services and president of Signature Insurance Services, and has been in the insurance business for over 30 years. He specializes in property & casualty insurance and employee benefits. His business focus is small to medium sized businesses and individuals. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and is an active member in many of the suburban area chambers of commerce.

Principal, Account Administrator, Strategic Benefits Solutions

Suzanne has a diverse background which includes customer service, quality assurance and disability claims management. Her responsibilities include assisting the account management team with enrollments, online quotes, claim issues, changes and terminations, and communication with clients, brokers, and carriers. Suzanne is active with the Dublin Scioto Marching Band and Scioto Girls Lacrosse Team as well as the Davis Middle Schools.

Senior Account Manager, Strategic Benefits Solutions, Strategic Business Services

Martha’s career in insurance began in 1985. She has worked for carriers, third party administrators, and brokers. She works with employers to create education and communication programs to help employees understand their benefit packages. Martha manages our staff of account managers and administrators. She negotiates renewals and claims issues and works to resolve billing and service issues. Martha is a volunteer for the ALS Association.
